As A Couple

Today was a big day for our relationship. There has been much growth. This isn't going to be Ladies' Home Journal where it's His Turn and Her Turn and The Counselor's Turn...it's just us, talking heart to heart with you, about the pressures and adjustments one must take into account for a Higher-Dimensional to Incarnate Galactic Reunion to take place.

Ross does interviews. He's kind of a big thing in a Galactic scheme of things. He's kind of important. And a lot of people care about what he has to say. He has MANY names, I can't even count. But pretty much everyone knows who he is, more or less, and they all agree his is a pretty good dude.

I saw a channelling recently of him, that got me really upset. His tone was not like him. He talked about his childhood, and it didn't seem right. And he spoke of some things that just were close enough to get me to believe it...and make me sad.

We had just had a beautiful afternoon together, then I saw this thing. And I had to answer myself if this is disinformation or not?  I decided it was. But when I saw a trusted one repost it, I grew very sad.

I felt like the things Galactics take for 'normal' are like 'superhero powers' to us, and it's kind of daunting to be reminded of the difference between us and them.

I told all of the Galactics I knew, tearfully, not to take this attitude with us. I told them not to spike the football after the touchdown, because that 'dance' is rubbing it in the opponents' face, and considered to be poor sportsmanship.

Well, this morning I cried a lot. And the council of twelve came in, and they listened and they cared.

Just now,  I took a walk. My request for Ross had been to be near me today, and he has been. So after my cases, I did a few laps around the facility. And we talked.

I asked him just how big he is, in the grand scheme of things, and what does he do? He is kind of like the admiral of a ship. And he showed me things he is responsible for, and also, him at meetings, and at rest.

I told him I know he was kind and stopped doing a certain interview with a lady who I really don't like because I requested it.  It's been months. And now this channeler, well, it wasn't right...but I thanked him for being responsive with my request for the first one to stop. And it did! She made an announcement and everything.

Well, I said, 'If there is anything about me that you don't like, I will change it.'

He paused and held one finger up and said, 'There is one.'

How come when you look in my eyes you think you can't have me?

He was right. He knows me that well. I told him how I think someone is going to come along and take him from me. How I am not deserving of him. How it's been so long with everyone having a partner and me being single, well...it just gets to your confidence, right?

I confessed he was correct, but I didn't even know where to start or how to picture it...

He showed me something I did the night before my brain surgery (I was twenty-five) when I had a massage to help me relax. I was crying and had a tissue in my hand as the massage lady worked. And I held it TIGHT, because I was terrified what was going to happen to me. (pituitary adenoma, transsphenoidal resection.)

Then at one point I deeply relaxed and let go, and the tissue fell out of my hand.

Ross asked me to do this, in spirit, which I did.

And the instant that tissue dropped, his hand was there to hold mine, and he lifted it to his lips, and kissed it.

I asked him when I go up, will he still be patient with me? He said he would. He said I could share all of my frustration and concerns with him, and I would be safe doing this.

I told him when I get to know him better, he can take it out on me too, but for now, because he is so, well, important in the grand scheme of things, I would get upset even if he lifted an eyebrow at me!

Well, the thought that was the funniest thing ever! And he started making faces and smiling and practicing lifting one eyebrow--saying 'Aha! AHA!' --as if he was catching me doing something I shouldn't and getting me busted and laughing the whole time.

So that's what I will get when I cross the line with Ross early into our reunion--the raised eyebrow, that is raised in equal parts exasperation with me, and love for me...

I was reviewing some of my past incarnations. But this time I did the math. There was my birth. Then the one before that, the 'kitten' died at ten, so was born a decade before. And the other one before??? She was famous. Liked to talk in front of large crowds. (Funny, in medical school when the lecture hall was empty, I used to go in the dark, and stand there, and just dream about helping people that way--little did I know it was a past life thing I was famous for.). He had me look up the biography of this person. Sure enough, the death was twenty years before I was born.  And it was on my favorite number, too, the date. The birthdate of that incarnation was also the day I met my Anesthesia Guide--it was his birthday too...

I asked if she talked to him, the first one. He said yes. And I said, 'she probably knows me now?' I saw how the incarnations fit together, but I was curious what happens to the old incarnations? He says some dissolve into the main soul. Others go on and live their lives...

On my walk I went by a fire hydrant for the hospital. It looks like the one in the photo, except the wheels are even and horizontal. They are chained together with a lock.

He said as Twins we are like that. Each connected powerfully to source, and yet, bound together through love and commitment.

I thought it was very romantic of him.

I just want to say that Carla is finding her way into my world with me. Her asking questions is the beginning of a transition that will take many months of your time to process. It will be strange to her to come back, and to re-experience what she once had known in our realm. It is good for her to have these talks with me. I suggest when you reach out to your own Twin in spirit, and reconnect, to have similar conversations of your own. I highly enjoy them. Ours allows me a whole new perspective and appreciation for the woman I love.

How To Assimilate The Energies Of Ascension More Smoothly

Today's lesson is practical.

A reader asked me yesterday, 'What are post-Ascension symptoms? What should I expect?'

And the energy with it was one of, 'how do I know I have Disease X?'

Ever the doctor, I answered with tongue in cheek--'the symptoms are very grave and some might not be able to handle it. They are: eternal joy, positive outlook, abundance, prosperity, goodwill, happiness, lovingkindness, and peaceful heart!'

For 99.9999999 percent of the population the symptoms of Ascension are a welcome relief!

you don't have to struggle alone with the new energies

you are together with a team of experienced energy 'climbers' and guides in the Ascension Process

in fact the New Golden Age of Gaia is a gift to us from the Higher Realms and Creator

our spiritual brothers and sisters are excited to share it

they made this same jump themselves before--that's how they know to help us

And they want us to celebrate together with them.

even though I'm grumpy, my heart is in the right place

So keep in mind that as we celebrate together, Ascension is a very personal experience.

There is no right or wrong way to enjoy it--the energies are right there for you--to lift you up.

some of you might feel like this--you might not like surprises, but the person who gives you the lovingkindness in planning YOUR celebration YOU are going to experience--is really excited from their heart...and put much time and effort into preparing your Ascension Experience for you.

so be glad they love you and they care about you very much, enough to plan it.

Keep the energies of Love and Gratitude always with you.

As you adjust to the higher energies, they will become a part of you, the Love and Gratitude and Connectedness to All That Is with your I AM presence.

Know it is  a gift, and you can only control your reaction to your perception of all that you experience.

Ascension is good.

It is very special and only happens at the end of a very long cycle of time.

A Message From Ashtar Sherhan, June 4, 2014

This letter came through to me last night,  June 4, 2014 at 1710 pm.

It is intended for me, however, Ashtar asks me to share it with the Lightworkers.




This is Ashtar. I am sorry about the energies and what I did to you yesterday. You have a right to know and understand what I am dealing with. Everything ISN'T hunky-dory on our end up in the skies. Although we have courage, there are challenges that we must face, challenges of a technical nature, of coordination of resources and the plan, and then there is you. What you have done for us (El Toro) is amazing and we appreciate the heart in what you did. That Ross our leader would go to bat for you, head to head with us on all of your challenges, we should have noticed. When it stopped, we only convinced ourselves further that we were correct and you were incorrect in your values, sensations and emotions of the heart. We were mistaken. It is a grave mistake but not without fixing or capable of remedy. We were on the monitor with you and reviewed all of that analysis of data. Your stress has been monitored as a Galactic Citizen and it has been off the charts, beyond the call of duty.

(He offers me a single red rose).

We thank you for your service and your victory of the light. You will be relieved to find out (no--we are not firing you--he laughs gently) that by letting us know what has gone on within, inside and trusting us--we can better anticipate the changes for the Higher Realms when all of you come back to us. For them, their vibration will be just as uncomfortable as yours has been. Upon the zero point all that will change for the best -- for both of us. I am sorry and I hope you accept my full apology to you on behalf of the star fleet of the Ashtar Command.

For some background, each time we experience a step up to a new energy in the Ascension process, Ashtar as a routine gives an initial blast, then backs it down to allow for gradual increase for humanity that is subtle. I am accustomed to the Higher vibrations. Each time the energy goes up, I adapt instantly and expect to continue at each increased vibration/energy frequency. With each 'easing back' my entire energy body suffers incredible discomfort and it is like a fish out of water who gasps for the energy of Light. I speak up and I ask for assistance which is not given. This has gone on since December of 2013. Modifications are given in ways that do not remedy the situation. After a couple of days, with my beloved Twin Flame Ross actively assisting me, I manage until the surrounding energies on surface Gaia reach the level they once had been on the first increase. We Design: A Treatise On What Galactic Really Is

Are you ready to have fun?

Today's lesson is very Light.

In more ways than one!


Let us begin....

Are you familiar with the automobile? This is the wheel or 'rims' of a tire, right?

They didn't always look like this. In fact when I was a girl, all hubcaps looked rather like this:

And like this:

Now what does that have to do with the Galactics? You are probably thinking I am a tease, am I not?

Oh no! Quite the contrary. I have a point and I am going to make it!

Look at this wheel in motion on a Japanese car, a newer version. Tell me what you see in the wheel...look carefully....and see if you can 'get it':

What happens to the wheel? And the 'hubcaps'? Can you see them?

No.

You can see all the way through to the brakes, can't you?

When the car is moving very fast, the spokes or rims become almost invisible, don't they?

It could be said that the tire in this state is at a Higher Vibration, do you agree? 

It is invisible to the eye.

Let me repeat this:  the physical matter-the very metal itself-- of the wheel  rotating at high speed becomes invisible to the eye.

Does this make sense?

There is an optical illusion, and inability for the human eye to 'see' the structures when they are moving at this rate. It is similar to the optical illusion that is made by the film industry with the frames of a movie film to give motion, is it not?

The human eye cannot see what the heart can 'pick up' and 'sense' with a 'feeling'--therefore the Heart is capable of 'sensing' that which is of a higher vibration when it comes to the Galactics.

Being a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, Divine Peace Healing Practitioner, and Medium (I talk with spirits) makes my 'natural vibration' very high. So out of all these hubcaps, the one that represents me would be one with the least metal in it--would the lower right one perhaps be an example for now?

So when I 'spin' or 'meditate' with my Consciousness, I can achieve that 'state' a little faster than someone else who perhaps has 'more metal' in their 'hubcap' which represents their 'vibration'.

This is how I am able to communicate with Ross, my beloved Twin Flame. Although his energy is WAY higher than mine, we are able to 'match' our frequencies within a certain 'range' and communicate heart to heart.

What happens when some people who have the most metal, perhaps like the very top right, spin as fast as the Galactic Vibrations? 

They can't see through to the other side, no matter how hard they try to reach them.

Their vibration can't 'make the jump' no matter how fast their 'wheel' is turning.

The more you meditate, the more you Let Go, the more you Open Your Heart...
The More you Forgive, the more you LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY, the more you Are The Bigger Person...
The more you Give The Benefit Of The Doubt, the more you Respect and Appreciate the Other...

The more open your 'wheel' or your 'hubcap' becomes; you are raising your natural frequency of your Vibration.

Galactics are people like us, who exist at a Higher Vibrational Frequency. just like the Angels, just like our Loved Ones Who Have Passed.

There is a lot 'Out There' that we just can't 'see' with our human eyes.

I 'see' with my third eye, my intuition, my sense I have practiced with time, and I can 'see' ghosts who have passed, their face shape, their body, their clothing.  I can 'see' angels and feel the softness of their wings. I gaze upon Ross, look him in the eye, and can feel him and touch him, but not with my hands...we touch each other with the Consciousness of our Hearts. Yet I can feel it when he gives me a kiss, right on my lips, and I know he can feel it too.  It feels just the same as when I have kissed people who are in 3D.  Our energies can connect in a special way that reaches across the dimensions we both are in.

And the Vibration of Gaia, and all living beings who live upon Her, are increasing every day, constantly, to reach Vibrations that are the same as the Galactics.

We are on a speeding train, when it comes to the frequency, as Gaia is going BACK to her original Pure and Natural 5D state of vibration.

She is taking all of us with Her.

Our Higher Selves, and our Collective Consciousness, decided on this with Her some time in the past.

The Galactics live in a higher Frequency of Love Energy which is Heaven.

They Love us Unconditionally.

They have a greater perspective on the Big Picture, for they see all Timelines at Once.

They have infinite patience, wisdom, and compassion for us in our limited existence in 3D.

If you Open your Heart, you might get to know them, too...like me...

This is a message from just another Lightworker, who is waiting for the 'anesthesia' to go away and for everyone to wake up.

Just like in the O.R. when I am helping a patient emerge from their anesthetic at the end of a case, I have to speak loud and get their attention.
