The Healing Blessing Symbol and Key

The affection energy that is present in both the mandala and the sisters wearing sunglasses in the field of flowers, is the same.

With it carries the energy of loving acceptance, appreciation, encouragement and Light.

We can activate this energy deep within our souls, and furthermore, gift it to others, with this hybrid Reiki symbol and key which goes by the name, Blessing.

For healing ourselves, we use this symbol first on the skin, with our finger, a crystal, or a pen. Immediately following, we write it in the air a little bit above the skin, to write it into our aura, or energy field. Use it once, and it is enough to activate this energy 'bandwidth' within you. Use it more often, and it will enhance the energy of yourself and others who are in your auric field--who come close, and get a 'hit' off your 'vibration' or 'vibe' that you have for them.

For others, this is not a 'key' as such, but an energy 'bandwidth' to assist with the healing of yourself and others.

It has no side effects.

No Reiki training is needed.

Just draw the design with your mind, finger, or crystal when you are healing others. Or yourself in daily self-Reiki if you are Reiki trained.

I just got a letter from someone who is in really hard times--no money, no place to live, and what appears to be no way out.

It asked for help.

I sent Reiki.

I also wrote this. As I wrote it, I felt it was being channeled. I think it might be helpful for other people too:


Hi D,
What you are experiencing is called a Dark Night of the Soul. Every spiritual person has one. In your case, it is for material things-survival--food--shelter.
In mine it was in Relationship. Nothing ever, ever worked out. I was abandoned at four months pregnant, only to have him come back and sue me for custody. My life was a waking hell on earth. This was after two failed and abusive marriages.

It gets better.

It's not easy, but it gets better.

You have YOU.
You are eternal.
This is an illusion.
Your spiritual YOU is what is real.

For some reason, YOU 'signed up' for this crazy lesson.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but I want you to hear with your heart--start counting your blessings.

The energies are such that what is on our minds is going to happen.

And for you to survive, one single thought of 'Costa Rica is brutal'--even though it is--is like putting gasoline on a barbecue.

It starts with the mind, and the heart, and the emotions. Once that is generating or manifesting things you want--and keep giving thanks and blessings for it--really try to heal this situation from a Higher Dimensional perspective.

Ask for All Divine Assistance, and accept whatever comes.

Archangel Nathaniel is the one to call when everything seems impossible.

Meditate as often as you can. Get in tight with Spirit. Keep your Vibration UP. Keep focused on your happiness--and the goal is for positivity to 'have a snowball effect' and increase your abundance and prosperity.

Abundance and prosperity will not increase if you focus on Abundance and prosperity.

Abundance and Prosperity arrive to supply the means to a dream, to a life goal, to a life Purpose that is in the heart. Think of the olympic athlete who eats, breathes, sleeps with the thought of winning the gold. And everything else just happens to come along to fuel that dream and make it happen.

Set your sights to the life you want to have, for example, like I did on wanting to be a doctor and help people--on my Purpose.

You have a Purpose too. It is important. In Stillness you will find it.

Life isn't easy, I know.

Remember you are so LOVED by God and the Angels.  Ask them for their help, just like you ask me. Ask them every day. And don't ask them to 'prove' anything. They are here to assist but we have to do the work with our thoughts and our hearts and our spirits. You will get 'hints' and 'opportunity chances', often at the last minute, for that is what angelic guidance tends to be like.

And know this is not forever.

Nothing is forever while we are incarnate on Earth.

Hang in there. Do the best you can. Keep your mind in a state of love, joy and happiness--even if that takes some discipline on your part. Try to imagine St. Germain following you around with a big sack and holding it open so you can pluck out your negative thoughts and throw them in there for 'compost'.   Every thought we think has the ability to create--it is loaded with the power of manifestation. So keep them harmonious with the life you want to live.

Be thankful for the air, for water, for food, and for kindness.

This will build on itself.

Thanking Your Care Team: The Last Step In Healing

Yesterday when I came in to work, I was surprised to see a little package in my mail box in the Doctor's Lounge.

It was brown paper wrapped, and when I saw the name on the return address my heart skipped a beat!

It was the patient I had been wondering about for some time since I had done the most recent follow-up surgery--the anesthesia part--at this patient's request that I give care to them second time. Due to a mix up with the scheduling, it almost didn't happen. Fortunately the anesthesiologist assigned to the case acknowledged the patient's concern to have me for their care, and traded cases for the day with me.

So many feelings flooded over me...as I recalled the very first time this patient was under my care.

You see, I met this patient when I was on call. In the ER, I saw them in full fetal position, sitting up on the bed, wracked with anxiety. This patient was asking 'can I just go out and smoke a cigarette?' and the family member was soothing them.

I knew in a matter of hours, this patient with a terrible condition inside the abdomen, would be seeing this and not asking for a cigarette any more. And feeling REALLY peaceful, as in out of this world filled with PEACE...

I had to get full consent and agreement to go with me to the O.R. This patient had very severe anxiety disorder, and was under the care of a physician for it, for many years. I quickly took cues from the family member, and also went back to the O.R., and brought with me all of the medications in my little box, all of my anesthesia drugs.

I titrated the anxiety medicine in until this patient slurred their words, slowly, gently, saying calming things, never letting them see the needle or the syringe touch the i.v., and giving Reiki with every bit of intention I could muster.  Still sitting up, we were able to go the the O.R., induce anesthesia sitting up, and proceed with the emergent,  life-saving surgery.

I also gave significant input to the surgeon during the procedure about avoiding any 'appliance' on the abdomen because of the anxiety that would be involved. Fortunately, the surgeon saw my point, agreed, changed the standard approach to the operation under the circumstances, and the patient did well.

So what was in my package?

Inside there was a little box, beautifully wrapped, with peach ribbon. I carefully opened it.

Here also was a card, that brought tears to my eyes--my colleagues were watching and one of them said, 'All of her patients always LOVE her!'

With grace and mercy, you breathe for the panicked, the terrified, the lost. You allay the fear of the anxious, the friable. There is no measure for the capacity of your wisdom and empathy.

Engraved in my memory is the treasured gift of your smile and spontaneous hug - a timeless remembering of "safe".

I am truly blessed to have been in your loving care and to have known such a remarkable woman.

The way I see it, every human being alive, and who has ever walked upon Gaia, has this written in permanent ink on their precious foot.

Sometimes that label is hard to see--because of life choices and people's behavior at times--but if you look very closely, with the eyes of your heart, you will find it every single time.

And your life experience will uplift, both yourself and others in the process, of recognition of that sign of 'Love' written in indelible ink, on everyone...even if the foot is gone, the word remains on their heart...

Consciousness knows no limits.

Take This And Treasure It: Give To Receive

This is going to be a gentle, simple review of what is expected of us in the 5D and Higher Dimensions.

Today is my first day off since 2011, on the internet. My sweet, cherished Ross has instructed me to stay off the internet for twenty-four hours, and have a break.

But since so much has happened, it is my delight to share it with you from the comfort of my home, after I have had a pleasant rest after my twenty-four hour shift.

Being Surprised By 5D Business:
Although my son had spent the night at a friend's house, and the mother offered to buy him a school lunch the next morning as she ordered one for her son, he declined and said, 'text my mother'.

Well, I was sleepy and never saw the text until about an hour before lunch was due! I panicked! I had plenty to do, and going to the school to bring a sack lunch was not one of the things on the plan.

Somehow, I got the idea to call a business that is nearby that works with food. I called and ordered a lunch. Guess what? The owner said I didn't have to pay until I picked him up from school--and saved me the trip. Good old fashioned trust, and communication, which I grew up with--is going to be coming back to the point where money is not a concept like it once was. In fact, it shall disappear entirely in a few generations' time. No other advanced civilizations HAVE money--it is not needed and society works just fine for goods and services...

Give and Take, or is it Take and Give?
See the picture up above? This is your energy body. We are beings of Light, and this one is an example of someone with the Kundalini activated and the Merkaba--this is our divine energy pattern blueprint by design--fully functioning in all energy fields, in all dimensions, in all space and time.

'Tit for tat' or 'You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours' are very low energy systems. Even if you want to save the world, the concept of 'fundraising efforts' that are beyond a simple 'donate' system are very antique perspective of 3D.

Yes we need goods and services to provide, but this does not work with the Law of Attraction.

Many think that I am well-prosperous because I am an anesthesiologist. It is true that I am blessed to have work, and income to support my precious family.

What I put out to the Universe first, however, is more than would meet the eye:

• I send free Reiki healing to thousands of people 365 days a year (today included, I just didn't post it.)
• I send free Divine Peace Healing and Unicorn Healing to the same, 365 days a year, same as above.
• I send other forms of healing and inspirational guidance. Look hard! Where is that donate button? Where are the ads? I don't know! Perhaps you are not looking hard enough? ; )
• The photos I post alone are all purchased or taken myself--I subscribe to a service--I don't take them randomly from Google Images as a matter of course. They are my gift to you <3
• This is my calling by Spirit and I honor it with love and joy and abundance in my heart.
• I have gratitude for others, and support them as I see fit with my time, talent, and treasure--free healings and posting of reiki requests for individuals in health crisis, helping my sister by gifting her starbucks by surprise electronically, helping with the heating oil bill of a blogger whom I know and adore their work, providing for one month of expenses for the Prepare For Change Website, giving an entire set of All Clad cookware to a colleague for his wedding--he did my brother-in-law's kidney donation, and the anesthetic immediately following for his daughter my niece to receive it, and also anesthesia for my own surgery--it is a joy to help manifest our gratitude for his gift in substance he and his bride-to-be request on their registry, and I also sent a bouquet of flowers to an online interviewer for an excellent job interviewing a controversial individual and put her own life at risk because of her willingness to follow the direction of Spirit, and interview this person as Spirit asked...
• In return for this open flow of Giving all of these intentions start bouncing back to me in kind, and all my needs are met. 
• When we focus on needs, interests, and our ability to fulfill them any way we can for others, suddenly our needs are taken care of as well. This is the cycle of the Higher Dimensions; those who tithe stumble upon this fact, too.

It was at my poorest, when I was putting myself through medical school, wearing 'vintage' clothing and cutting my own hair, I stumbled upon a sacred truth--the feeling of being 'rich' really didn't matter to how much money I had, it depended on the feeling I had about myself in my heart.

Poor as I was, I decided to be 'rich' and appreciate all the blessings I had been given. And I have been 'rich' in my heart ever since.

Today when I was post-call, Spirit guided me to go to my local Starbucks. I had a tall mocha and a warm croissant. With delight, it was the first time I felt free to relax and not post like my usual morning routine. Ross was wise to give me a break! Not only was I very pleased with Father-God's 'new, improved' tone and subject matter, I also looked forward to excitement to the blessing I would experience today.

As I walked to my car, a woman stopped me, and called me by name. She asked, 'Is it you?'

It was the woman who had been the administrative assistant for my tax man. I've known her fifteen years. But the last seven she went into massage therapy. So we caught up while she ordered and drank her coffee before going to work.

She's really connected! Both to Spirit and to an Integrative Healing Center nearby. She coordinates functions and invited me to be a speaker where hopefully, Caroline Myss, MD is going to be the keynote speaker in 2015. 

Her energy was incredibly transformed since the last time I saw her--stronger, more solid, more robust in the Light.

We 'talked shop' and she actually interacts with doctors often, explaining Energy Healing in this way:

• The brain sends out waves of electrical energy and we measure them routinely with science.
• The heart does the same, and we measure it, and know it is stronger than the signals from the brian.
• If you ever talk to someone, especially if you hear something sad, sometimes you get a 'feeling' in your chakra because somehow their energy system is sending something to 'you' and you are 'picking it up' (I call this the aura to aura transmission--it happens over the internet as well as over the phone and in person.)
• If you ever get that 'feeling' don't chalk it off to 'nothing'. It's not 'nothing'. It's something very important that is information for you.

Recently, my friend went on vacation. They had a lady Reiki practitioner come and cover for her. Since the 'substitute healer' didn't actually 'touch' the patients, she didn't need all the regulation by the health care system. And since she was not HIPAA, she was not allowed to look at the charts. She just asked the patients as she would in her practice, and made notes just for her services.

Well, it turns out the recommendations for the patient from the Reiki practitioner and the information that had been written but not seen in the charts for the patients matched! She called someone on their need to juice fast that they were trying to avoid, she called someone out on their breast cancer, and also that breast cancer one had her lump under her arm from the surgery miraculously flatten out overnight after Reiki and Acupuncture treatments in one day!

My friend even knows how to handle the situation where someone has the story that 'my shoulder hurts and I can't work because of it' but the shoulder moves beautifully on examination and all medical tests...she brings up the thought pattern, and the energy that is going with it, and asks the patient how they think they can work on this just to change it up--so the 'loop' of 'my shoulder hurts I can't work'--which is not malingering but really FELT by that person--has a chance to open up and heal too.

I hope this has given you another way to look at the cycle of Prosperity and Abundance.

I hope you ask yourself, and meditate, on 'Is it Give and Take in my heart-mind-spirit and connection to others? Or is it Take and Give?'

In doing so, you will be ushering in the cycle of prosperity and abundance in the higher dimensions.

Give what you can, out of joyfulness and gratitude for what has so richly been given to you from Creation.

The blessings you find are not random. They will shower back upon you and be a beauty and delight for the rest of your days!

P.S. Tonight I offered a friend to pay for the Removals on, well, 'someone who needs it' is a nice way of putting it. I put in the order with Margaret. The cost is $150.  I just opened the mail, and there now is a check from my insurance for $141.89. See how it works? It just happens! So go for it! Give it a whirl!

PCA, PCEA, Blessings, and Attunements

This is Nakai with is almost 100% healed chin. 

Nakai misjudged a distance to a gate or a channel, and like a kid going to fast on their roller skates, sliced open his chin. You could see it, on the internet, pictures of his gaping hole that was so deep it exposed part of his jaw bone.

His trainers decided to allow the wound to heal by Secondary Intention--granulation of healthy tissue from the bottom up, rather than using stitches, which is considered Primary Intention. Primary Intention can only be used when there is no risk of infection, such as in surgery or stitching a cut in the ER.

Nakai's team used mixtures of honey and antibiotic powder to heal the wound in the water. Isn't that a nice mix of traditional and alternative healing? I also asked for Reiki to be sent to Nakai. One who sent the most was my good friend at Lightworker Community. Although she lives in London, and Nakai lives in San Diego, she was able to 'connect' with him remotely, and in the healing was able to 'sense' his great deal of pain he was in. She sent him lots of yellow healing for his yellow chakra.

When I had surgery, I was given a device called a PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) after surgery. There was a long cord with a little button that was connected to a special i.v. pump. When I felt pain, I pressed the button, and powerful painkiller, just a little amount, was pumped into my i.v.

I set those up for most patients, on the computer. I write the orders. What drug. How much dose per button push. How many minutes between doses. How much total drug can be given in one hour. PCA has been the standard of care in post-op pain for ages.

A PCEA is a similar device, but the E stands for 'Epidural'. That is right, there is a pump with a button that is connected to the Epidural that is being used, most often with mothers who are in labor. When the pain gets out of hand, you press the button, and a little more pain relief is put into the epidural. Most new mothers love it, this feature, to control the pain for themselves. If they bolus a lot, then the anesthesiologist is called upstairs to adjust the settings on the pump to make them more comfortable.

Yesterday was was the first time I experienced the relief of pain in my soul with a 'PCA' of sorts that is called a Blessing. My good friend Sarah at Lightworker Community mentioned I should try the Happiness and Joy one. What a 'Blessing' is, is a special form of energy that is given into your aura, and when you need it, you may place your hands on yourself and activate it. In other words, there is no 'setting' on the pump--the healing is there when you need it, and there is no overdose.

I hadn't even READ how it works, except for what Sarah had told me in a brief note. I never read the attachments, but I will, of course. And already I am feeling the healing.

Knowing your Twin Flame and their not knowing you doesn't feel nice. It is like having to accept too much, or eat too much vegetables that are 'good for you' but you really are not enjoying eating them.  It is so painful I feel like I am going to throw up all of the time. I can't escape it. Sometimes I wish I didn't know this. But I do. And since everything happens for the best, at least I can know they are not starving. They are not a drug addict. And they help a lot of people. What they have built is my spiritual oasis. The vibrations there are perfect for me, and I go there to rest and to recharge my battery so I can go out in the world and do what God has asked me to do. If you are my Twin Flame, you sent me a message about yourself two nights ago, while I was making dinner. I understand and it is o.k. with me. I am okay with it. Don't worry. It is okay.

When I was in medical school, I cried a lot and kept asking Jesus to take me Home. I was not suicidal. I was just spiritual 'fed up' with everything in this stinky, rotten, evil world. Because of this, and my Roman Catholic faith which I practiced a great deal (mass, donations, and rosaries), sometimes in my meditations I was allowed to see Him...um, the Big Guy, you know, Jesus' father...

I would go up to an 'office' of sorts where it was all white. He would be in his white billowing robes sitting in a chair. He would always act surprised and call me by my first name. Gently, he would let me climb up into His lap. He was older, and had the kindest eyes. I can still see the little wrinkles around them that would crinkle when he smiled. I would play with his long beard, and sometimes cry into it. I would say everything about what was going on down there, and how I could not take it any more! I would complain and complain about everything I did not enjoy about my assignment. Sometimes I would fall asleep crying on Him. But most typically, he would listen with his heart, and say softly the nice things I needed to hear so I could get back to my assignment. He was big, like a basketball player. Big hands, big face, big broad nose. My size was like a little girl compared to him, and I am five foot two.

Even with those types of meditations, the healing comfort did not 'stick'. But these Blessings? They are AWESOME! And affordable too. Here is the link in case you are interested:

You will want to look at the left hand column and click on the word 'Blessings'. I highly recommend them. It is helping my pain to go away. It comes back after a while, just like with pain medicine, but when I put my hands on myself and invoke the blessing again, it still works, just like before.

Bless Others

You can bless others! You don't have to take religious vows. You have the ability to give your Blessing to everyone you like!

Parents, bless your children! They are protected in the Light when you bless them. At bedtime, I make a small cross on each of my kid's forehead, saying the words, 'God Bless You and Protect You and Have a Good Night.'

Any words of blessing will do.

Children, bless your parents! Mine is now more frail, and much in need of it. You can bless in everything you do, in every pillow you fluff, in every glass of water that you help sip. Why go through the motions when you can bless it while you do each task? Honestly, in their own age I have learned that the parent-child bond that is quite protective in our youth, it manifests in the opposite direction as our parents approach their declining years....

You can bless your boss, you coworkers, your friends, the lady down the street, the clerk at the register who is ringing your purchase up...why not bless everything as you go through life?

You can. And every day, by my Free Will, I send Reiki and Divine Peace Healing as my blessing to each of you.
