The Sanctity of your Heart

When you are on the path to Ascension, at some point, your Sacred Heart wakes up. What is a Sacred Heart? And what does it feel like?

Traditionally, in the Catholic Faith, there are symbols of Jesus and Mary with their sacred heart visible on the chest. It looks like an ordinary heart, but it is pierced by swords and thorns. Emanating from the hearts, however, are rays of light like giant sunbeams off the sun.

To Catholics, this means that through suffering, the heart has so much love in it, it continues to love despite the terrible trials. And in some ways, this may be so. One of the saints I read about, said, 'It feels like my heart is aflame with love for Jesus, a fire that never exhausts itself.'

What does this mean to you?

Once your chakras are all opened and balanced, and you have mastered your ability to think (thoughts are things and have heavy influence on those around us and what events come to pass. Being able to be hopeful and helpful in all circumstances, and the mental savvy to 'pluck them out' as soon as negative thoughts cross the mind is mastering the ability to think), the heart center opens up.

There is a new site of consciousness. 'You know in your heart' and 'You're heart's desire' are common phrases that reference the hearts ability to do this. We cross this in our daily lives.

Now, put it on steroids.

Your heart becomes a way to make decisions. It has a mind all its own. And a wisdom that you never in a thousand years could match with the mind, logic, and dogmatic tradition. It is mind-blowing, the having-your-heart-center-open-up experience! But once you get used to it, it is pretty great. And great fun. It is kind of like having navigation system when you drive. A whole level of 'getting' there better than what you had before.

When that heart connects to another, it feels just like the Saint said, like an enormous jolt of electricity flowing from one heart to the next, and back. It is not of this world and strong. Almost uncomfortably strong.

There lies the dilemma of the Ascent: three dimensional people with traditional three dimensional hearts are going to get their circuits 'blown out' by all this powerful Love Energy when Gaia ascends.

That is why now is a special time. You have the opportunity to raise your vibrations just enough to make the cutoff, where your heart can accept this powerful energy of Light. If you do not wish to do so, and want to make another round or two or a thousand in the dense three dimensional existence, that is fine. You will at some point want to make the quantum jump up and out of 3 D. But right now, and only right now, in all the universe, are there guides and help to allow us to Ascend along with Gaia, all of us together, at the same time.

People are coming from all over the Universe to watch this. Extraterrestrial people. Ascended beings. They are on their way. Time travelers have been blocked from jumping to this time. Everyone who is on Earth is fortunate to have 'won the lottery' to see it take place, live.

That is the way it is. You do not have to decide just yet, exactly, But if you are interested in making the jump, start doing things to raise your vibration. That way you will not get 'blown out' by all the energy that is going to take place on Earth with Gaia and her transition.

What I Saw This Morning At Seven

I saw a spaceship today. In a cloud. It was near my work. 

It looked like a cloud. But there was a row of windows in the front, near the point of the wedge. And to the left about five 'portholes'. Very faint. I have been watching the Galactic Federation of Light on the Komurosan YouTube Channel for months, and I have seen very faint markings on some of the clouds like that.

But if you want to see a real one, about two thirds the way through this video by 777Alaje, there is one. He outlines it. It is in the shape of a dolphin.

Alaje is a Pleadian. He is from the Pleades. He incarnated here to help with the transition.

I know this is not very medical. Or very Reiki. But this is the best I have seen one. It felt like, natural, to see it.

Look up. 

Look around you.

Do not be afraid.

This is an exciting time for all of us!

When I was in high school, something dawned on me. I was never going to fit in. There was no match for me, no mate. And I panicked because I did not want to live a life of solitude. I wore fashion, had a boyfriend, and loved my family. But deep down on a soul level, I felt out of my element.

In Reiki training, most people have a very hard time adjusting to the Karuna energy. The vibration is very high. For example, if Reiki 1 is like a light bulb of cosmic energy, Karuna is like a power plant! 

I had no trouble. I felt relief. I was one of the very few who felt like I was coming home.

Although I am not certain, I believe in some way I am like a lightning rod, placed on the earth to bring in these higher energies, change them to frequencies that are more compatible with the public, and ground them into the earth.

2012 marks the end of the Mayan Calendar. Basically what happens in that calendar, is that it maps the normal variation of changes in Mother Earth. She has had pole shifts, and huge rearrangements of the continents, most notably the disappearance of Atlantis and Lemuria.  The islands of Hawaii are all that is left of Lemuria, they once were the mountain tops.

Everybody has their two bits to say about the 'end of the world'. Mostly people who try to sell books. They also sell sensationalism, fear, and dread. It is for that reason I have avoided the topic like the plague in my own learning and study.

Catholicism has a group called 'my chosen Remnant', who listens and pays close attention to Blessed Mother. I have been a part of this group since 1990. Back then, I learned in a small book, that there would be a great war between good and evil. There would be disasters. And three days of darkness. It was important to go inside, not open the door or even look out a window. Dark spirits would sound like family members trying to get in. We were advised to have candles blessed by a priest. That is the only thing that would light. And to line the windows with aluminum foil to block out what was 'out there'. When this was done, everything outside would be Spring. And it would last that way forever.

Right now, forces are underway behind the scenes. I would like to think the death of the leader Kim Jong in North Korea was  an angel showed himself to him on a train! LOL Notice that the air is clearer. It is being scrubbed. And the nuclear weaponry has been dismantled. It won't work. All of this is behind the scenes.

From what I understand, 2011 was a year of ramping up the cosmic energy, or vibration, in bits and starts interspersed with time for rest and assimilation. 2012 is going to be a roller coaster ride, followed by one big change after the other. This is normal, natural and healthy for Mother Earth. She gets to graduate with all of us on her to a higher dimension. I have been told I am in the sixth dimension already.    

She is going to the fifth.

I don't feel any different. Except my heart center is very active, and I sense loving energy through it. It resonates, and in resonating I pick up what is good for me and not. My thoughts are different. I don't have time for negativity and fear. And I am telepathic, both sending and receiving messages with others who do not know I have any hand in what they do. I do not judge their thoughts, just make note of them. But when I have a request, for example, I wanted my son to lay down in the back seat and sleep as I drove him to my mother's  before work. He thought it was his idea. I was just glad it got done! As a mother, I am not too fond of the nagging that is a part of parenting.

As your vibration starts to rise, you may have some clearing symptoms. Old issues coming up. Malaise, cough, cold.  This is the third dimension baggage getting released so that you can hold a higher frequency. If you did not go through this, the new energy would overwhelm you. Give yourself time to assimilate and rest. And also stay in touch with Nature.

As the video explains, the Mayans are the only ones that survived a pole shift on Earth. Use your heart to protect you. Keep it healthy, alive. And keep your vibration up. Think good thoughts, have an open mind, and know what is coming is going to be hundreds of times better than what we have on Earth now.

Hold the Space

You can do it!

You can ascend.

It's simple. Open your heart. Take out negative thoughts. Pluck them out like weeds as you think them.

Receive joy.

And hold the space for others. In your heart.

Chaos needs no invitation. It exists. It may try to trick you into non-Spiritual thinking. Like a Buddhist, feel your feelings, and observe them. Think before you act. Cultivate patience, compassion, and trust that all is well.

And so it will be.

Do not try to influence others by words. Use the heart. Hold the space of joy, peace, love, fulfillment, enlightenment. It will carry to them. To their hearts. Love bypasses the mind. Once felt, others can have a chance at their own awakening.

Keep to yourself, this ascension thing. Keep to yourself.

How do you know it is right? Well...there are as many ascensions as there are perceptions? Every individual has their Own Way. Find your path, and walk it. Look within.

My path is on this page. I know no more. I am caring and compassionate, 'anesthesiologist of the year' according to my last patient this morning. But I am called to write, to empower YOU. To let you know you have the means within you to experience everything you ever hoped of dreamed. Embrace it. And soon it shall manifest.

I saw a father of the baby with a tattoo. I had liked the mother's, a little heart with angel wings between her shoulder blades. But the dad. He had a full on sitting figure with all the chakras! On the inside of his left forearm. I asked him about it and smiled. He said, 'there is a lot of bullshit out there, but there is only one Truth.'. 

There is a lot of bullshit out there. You don't have to fall for it. Anything that resonates in your heart, is the truth. There may be different truths for different people. One man's bullshit is another man's truth. Find YOUR TRUTH.
