What I Told My Boy About Ebola

My son is nine, and he is having questions. I explained to him that the Ebola virus has always been around, and I learned about it in Medical School. I shared how it's always stopped in every outbreak, especially with help from the experts who understand how to safely work with diseases as contagious and serious as this.

I shared how we catch it--droplet is what we were told by the CDC--so if we are within three feet of someone, we are at risk to catch it. The patients have a lot of vomiting and diarrhea, sometimes with diarrhea that is bloody--and any time these body fluids get on skin there is risk of coming down with it too.

I also told him contact with bleach can kill it. A one part in ten solution, with a ten minute contact time, is best.

His grandmother once had clostridium difficile colitis after her cancer surgery, and we had to gown up and wear gloves and wash our hands very carefully when we went to see her at the hospital. I explained this is 'Contact Isolation', and is one form of protection against catching Ebola from a patient.

I shared what 'blood borne' and 'droplet' isolation means, and spoke about how many LAYERS a health care worker must put on in proper sequence, having been trained to know how to do it, both with a buddy and a supervisor watching. At the end, at my hospital, we stand in a tray of bleach, take off the paddington yellow rubber boots, and remove all layers (about three layers) until we get in our paper scrubs. Then we shower carefully with our clothes on, and then take off the scrubs to change and go eat our lunch.

In Dallas, Mr Duncan did us a favor. They treated him with antibiotics in the ER, sent him home, and three days later he came back sicker. He was in ICU with Contact Isolation ONLY, and that is how the others got sick.  They were shipped to Atlanta for better handling of the Isolation by the CDC recommendations, I hear...them or another patient.

I shared how our families are at risk, and if I were to work with a patient, I would stay at the hospital the entire quarantine until I knew I was safe and would not give it to him.

His concerns were about him giving it to his class, and his dying.

I also shared that we will no longer go to someplace where we go often with our Premium Passes (a world-famous amusement park with a 'resort') because the CDC has identified it as one of the biggest risk areas due to the international mix of guests who come visit this place.

He had a nightmare last night. And crawled in bed with me at three in the morning. He dreamed a rat was in his bed, and he heard people screaming. He hasn't done this in a very long time.

Oddly enough, the only deaths outside of Africa are in the US. If this is a major outbreak, I wonder why there is only in the US, and not any other country outside of Africa?

Chai For Breakfast

My son enjoys watching the TV show, Bar Rescue. He has it on right now, as he owns the whole season.

This morning, for breakfast, I felt like the kitchen in one of those episodes--my son wanted pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs to make something new, sort of a breakfast 'wrap' (we make very thin Swedish pancakes from a mix).

As I faced the stove I started laughing! My boy asked why? I said, 'It's Ross!' and kept cracking up.

Ross wanted me to make Chai tea!

I was like, 'Okay--sure--um, may I asks why?'

Ross said, 'Because you know how to make it.'

Here's the way I was taught my my teacher from Chennai:

• loose black tea, such as red label
• cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg (I added a little ginger)
• boil then simmer this mixture for about twenty minutes
• add sugar (Ross wanted honey--I did two tablespoons)
• just at the end, add rich milk (I did organic grass fed whole milk)
• strain and serve!

I went to my first Indian restaurant, Kashmir, on the end of Solano in Berkeley when I was a sophomore in college.  My roommate Patty took me. It was the most amazing thing I had ever experienced and deeply enjoyed every bite--the raita, the lentils, the curry over rice, the naan, the chutney, and the golab jamun.

Long story short--I felt like it was a homecoming, a coming back to something I never realized I had a connection.

I once asked a nurse in the VA 'where she buys her yogurt?'  She laughed and said they have been making their own yogurt in India for five thousand years!

I learned. I also made paneer, a cheese, as she told me how. I made mango lassi. I enjoyed going to Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia, where there is a 'Little India'. 

I made friends with my professors from India, visited their homes, watched their daughter give an 'Arangetram'--a three hour long dance recital with classical Indian Dancing. I have been to an Indian wedding.  I had a roommate from Sri Lanka, and learned her favorite recipes from her--I know how to cook with fenugreek and Maldives chips!

Raji, my teacher from Chennai, even has a nickname for me--she and her sister Rani thought of it:  Cutie Pie.

I sense that Ross wishes for me to share this part about myself with you, and also with out readership audience in India.

My heart is there. I had to have lived there. I always felt the connection. 

Now that I think about it, I am sure Ross and I traveled there, and enjoyed ourselves very much, when were were a couple and we were both alive so many thousand years ago...

On Animals

I went to a petting zoo last night. This is a chicken who looks just like my old pet, Henrietta. She was a rescue, and I took care of her, and our little yellow Bantam 'Goldie', every day when I was in junior high while we had them.

When I was at Berkeley, I won the Engineer Week annual Egg Drop contest with a device that I made to look just like her.

I was also mentioned with this win in the New York Times, so many, many years ago, along with another Berkeley alum, the famous inventor, Rube Goldberg.

I chased this chicken, caught her, and picked her up, just like I did with my own chickens. The goats were full, and didn't eat much. So were the llamas and the ducks, geese and chickens who were in the area. 

It's a strange situation--people who love animals, who don't get to a farm, enjoy contact with animals in a petting zoo. They buy tickets. The animals don't seem to mind it very much...or do they?

I petted a donkey that was first by the gate. Our family has enormous love and respect for both mules and donkeys because they helped my nanu Filippo, my grandfather, back in Italy on the family farm. They were loved members of the family. And in Sicily, donkeys, rather than horses, are used to pull the carts.

I also chose farm animals for the nursery for my baby--I didn't know the sex of the unborn child--and wanted a gender-neutral theme. What could be more wonderful than friendly farm animals to welcome the new baby to life on Earth?

Well, the donkey was careful to stand in one position. Then, he had to go poop, and to keep his little pen clean, he walked to the opposite corner of the pen. I realized how he is stuck in this space, and has only enough room to turn around. He must be sore in his muscles!

Then I saw the nose! The right nostril was pulling away from the face, leaving a gaping hole that exposed the bone underneath!!! It was not fresh, it was not bleeding, and it showed no signs of healing at all. There was no infection visible, (although when bone is exposed there is always osteomyelitis), just this horrible deformity.

I asked for All Divine Assistance. I asked Ross to help. I gave lots and lots of Reiki to this poor donkey. I almost began to cry.

I confronted the gatekeeping worker, and asked, 'What is wrong with this donkey?' He didn't answer. He paused. I asked again. Then he said, 'he was in a FIGHT!' I asked, 'How? How did a fight do this? Is anybody going to help him?' And the worker just shrugged.

I don't like petting zoos any more. It's not fair to the animals. I think there should be more room for the animals, and very limited contact with humans--only for a short time each day.  There needs to be oversight, medical care to the animals...

How did it ever come to be, that humans can make money from animals in their misery? It makes me so sad. I give thanks that my consciousness has increased enough so I can understand and have concern for such things.

Things are coming along nicely for us in the Higher Realms. A reader made these cookies at work, and she shared them with Carla, for me. I am delighted to have her love and support for both Carla and my work with this page, Doctors With Reiki.

Everything happens for the best. Loved ones die, in order for us to appreciate what they have done for us, taught us, and to send them off on their next missions with our undying friendship, love and support we have enjoyed between us in this incarnation.

Even the animals who suffer, are making it unmistakably CLEAR for those who are 'on the fence' about coming into their Higher Consciousness--to have that nagging 'sense' that 'something isn't right' and to motivate themselves to 'do something about it'.

Here is where I wish to invite you to take a look at our way of doing things up where I am from:

• Love and mutual respect and appreciation is in our hearts every time we work with another in any dimension
• This can hold true in cases where people are possibly dangerous and of much different vibration than us (Carla's Uncle Ben and his wife are one example). We LOVE them unconditionally, and at the same time we KNOW what is going on, and act accordingly.
• To motivate, we invite. Everything is up to the free will of the 'listener'.
• The reason for this is that the VIBRATION of the 'listener' will activate when and only IF the vibration of the 'sender' of the message, the 'one who invites' is COMPATIBLE within a certain 'bandwidth' of 'frequency' of Light for the 'listener' to understand and interpret on a soul level.
• This is science of the Higher Realms, and nothing to do with management and motivation.
• We never 'point out' a mistake. With love and gentle insistence, we hold our vibration 'set' enough so the 'listener' or 'one we are guiding' interprets this themselves. Then we offer our full love, support and appreciation for their having made this realization independently of us.

As Galactics, we know so very much. And these guidelines help us to alienate no one, and to welcome all, at their own pace and comfort level, to the Higher Realms and higher Consciousness.

Life is GREAT here, really terrific. Many of you are one foot 'in' to the Higher Realms already.

You cannot 'pull' anyone up. You cannot 'motivate' through the mind and the heart. You can only hope that your example an loving energy will 'excite' the person you are guiding, to motivate themselves, and to work with their own inner guidance, on their missions.

So, long story short, hold the space, keep your Vibration UP, and watch for the smiles and Light in people's faces as they respond to you. It is amazing a sight, the newly awakened. 

You are going to see a LOT of it, more and more, every time.

Do not be overly concerned about Ebola. It is here with some whose missions are to 'awaken' others. We shall reach a point where everything will be in control. Mass extinction of the populate is not an option. Hold your vibration UP. Keep a positive outlook on EVERYTHING, including this, and you will manifest.

One more thing about the ability to manifest, Carla's son had a wish for 'his cousins to stay longer with him' after the Pumpkin Patch and when they went out to dinner. What he DIDN'T expect is that his meal would be botched up, three times, in the process. He realized he manifested this, and understand now the need to be more specific to the Universe when making his requests....

Some of you are at his level of development at this time; I want you to play with it, and see through trial and error how you can get this to work for you.

Ouija

I know it's that 'time of year' for spooky things, but I have to mention something about the Ouija board movie that is due to open tomorrow.  It touches upon a lot of things that people are uncomfortable about with the Other Side and death in general.

They also use the line, 'we have opened up a channel and now watch out!' (it would be a portal, not a channel--and channels are humans who are able to let the deceased use their vocal cords or write for them, as a service to them. I am a Conscious channel. Edgar Cayce was not--he slept and channeled.)

As a physician, I've seen it all, and dead people stay dead. Okay. They can't come back to life like zombies.

As a medium, although I have heard of negative entities, and 'ghosts', most of them are repulsed by my Very High Vibration. My energy is like fingernails scratching a chalkboard to them because I can help them go Home. So the ones who are interested talk to me. They always have a 'message' or a 'lesson'. When I was giving anesthesia in a colonoscopy, and it came out that both the technician's mom and I are mediums--the first thing mentioned was 'I don't want any BAD ghosts in here!' and another, nurse Nancy, said, 'I heard that some ghosts have raped women...is this true?'

There are some very horrible 'things' out there. And of the few I've 'met', always know that we have Free Will, and they don't. So do as I do, and say, 'Go AWAY!' and they leave.

They have to. It's the rules.

The Christ Attunement Key

Thoughts On Ebola

things Medical:

• It's one of the hemorrhagic fevers--like Hanta Virus, Marburg Virus, Lassa Virus
• There are three ways to contact Ebola--skin contact with a body fluid, being stuck or touching infected needles and other instruments and equipment, and 'droplet' in the air (similar to a cold or flu)
• A circle of three-feet radius next to the infected person is high risk for catching it.
• If you are medical personnel and talking with someone at risk, stand six feet away to limit your risk.
• People entering hospitals--all visitors, patients, and staff--are screened by security guards for 1) fever over 100.3F,  2) HEADACHE, weakness, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain AND 3)recent travel to a high-risk area  checklist for clinicians
• These people are then taken with a mask immediately to the emergency room isolation area, and not allowed to leave until the CDC arrives to 'make the decision' if they have it or not. A team will come in two hours.
• People at the CDC and World Health Organization have worked with these serious, high-risk diseases and not caught it; they know what to do, and they do it right.
• There are 'pods', special units where these patients will be taken. They are far away.
• Any hospital with someone with Ebola will only 'stabilize' and not do much except basic care until the CDC arrive, take the patient, and clean everything up so there is no risk to staff.
• The vaccine is not out yet. It is due in January. This lady here, Dr. Erica Ollmann Saphire has it almost sequenced on its DNA, and the vaccine will bypass all regulatory restrictions.
• A bleach solution of one part bleach to ten parts water left to sit on the surface for ten minutes will kill the Ebola virus.
• Around five to eight days into the Ebola illness, a patient will have vomiting and diarrhea, with huge amounts of diarrhea.
• If the diarrhea turns bloody (hemorrhagic) the prognosis is poor, and the patient will die. Fifty percent get this, and that is why survival is fifty percent.
• Survivors are donating their blood to isolate the antibody to Ebola and possibly clone it.
• There is a normal 'curve' for this type of 'outbreak'--in Africa it can be traced to a man who ate bush meat from an infected animal, his kids--small children--and he died. And those he contacted died. This curve is expected to PEAK in late November or December for this African outbreak.
• People who have been exposed must be quarantined for thirty days to make sure they do not come down with it in the three-week window of concern for catching it.
• Hospitals who care for Ebola patients LOSE a lot of business--and many workers refuse to work when a patient is there.
• The Dallas hospital didn't do a good job with the Ebola patient Duncan. He was treated and released with a prescription for antibiotics from the ER, and came back really in bad shape three days later.  Many people cared for him in ICU before any isolation besides 'contact isolation' was initiated.
• Hospital isolation is Contact , Blood Born (universal precautions), and Droplet.
• In Atlanta, at Emory, where they cared for the patient shipped from Dallas, disposing of waste was a problem. Both environmental services refused to take it, as well as the regular trash service. They had to rent a big trailer truck, and fill it with bags of disposable materials and personal protective equipment used. Then one man took it to the incinerator dump. The city refused to have wastes from the toilets and threatened to cut off all water supply to the facility. There was negotiation back and forth on what to do with the copious diarrhea wastes. They agreed to put it in the toilet, let two inches thick of pure bleach sit on it for TEN minutes, and then flush.
• Patients and health care workers taking care of Ebola are socially shunned.
• Health Care Workers use a 'buddy system' and have a person with competency in this type of personal protection supervise each donning and taking off of protective gear.
• At our hospital, we layer disposable gloves, shoe 'gaiters', this rubber boots over two layers of plastic gowns and pants, then a surgical gown, a bouffant hat, a bonnet that ties under the chin, a neck cover, and a mask and eye shield. We take them off by standing in a bucket of bleach with the rubber shoes, then all comes off except the disposable scrubs, and we shower. Then we  can dry off and take our break before we come back again to the room.
• Health care workers should have the option to stay at the hospital for thirty days after their work is done, to avoid risking exposure to their families.

Things practical

• In Orange County, the high-risk area is Disneyland, because people from all over the world go there.
• There are high-risk international airports, LAX being the closest, and I think Miami and Atlanta, New York and several others are on the list.
• People being screened are at risk to tell untruths about their recent travel. This is relying on their sense of honor and respect for humankind and their willingness to risk being 'singled out'.
• I would expect a significant proportion of those infected or exposed to be in denial; this is normal human behavior.
• My babysitter is from Liberia--been here many years. Her family is ordered to 'stay in the house' to avoid risk. Plus, many, many of her Facebook friends back home are experiencing tragedy.
• She also 'has a feeling' that this was not normal, how this came to be, because the places where it started have little to no governmental support to 'stop' infections early in the outbreak. There was looting at the hospital where people from a poor shanty-town in the middle of Monrovia raided the hospital to steal contaminated items and blankets. It seemed as if someone was deliberately trying to make the outbreak spread. (ed-  I agree--our looters in LA take TV sets, yes?)
• The ID specialist at our hospital said that Mr. Duncan 'did everyone a favor' because now ALL hospitals have their teams and education modules up and prepared 'just in case'.

Things--well--'other things'

• many are under the impression this is 'A Hoax'--I take this to mean that a significant percentage  think that the media is lying in one way or another, and trying to stir up fear with this outbreak. This may very well be true.
• When you find mold on your cheese, do you throw the whole thing out, because it's bad? Or do you cut off the 'bad part' and enjoy the rest?  Our survival that is hard-wired in is to THROW OUT anything that seems 'just a little bit bad'. This is normal human behavior.
• Social support, and seeking like-minded others is ANOTHER form of survival adaptation for humans.
• To grasp the situation with Ebola--in either camp--will require discipline to fight the 'throw it all out' reflex and 'look for the facts' to come up with a plan and accepted perception of the outbreak and risk.
• If you ask me, there is a lot of motivation to sell news with this outbreak--TV, print, radio, and alternative (remember hits equal dollars for MANY debits that promote advertising).
• If you ask me, there is a lot of motivation to make people Freak Out and have Fear. First to gain are those who take over our civil rights by offering to 'fix the problem for us', for example, the airport security changes after 911.
• Love Is The Solution For Everything. Repeat this to yourself throughout the day. Often!
• HIV is reportedly created in a lab with human, animal, and extraterrestrial DNA--according to conspiracy theorists.
• Even if this is true, HIV and AIDS have killed a lot of people.
• The world, if you ask me, deserves to know The Truth about Ebola, no matter what.
• People who support the CDC and WHO 'story' might want to research Agenda 21 and NWO (New World Order) websites.
• People who support Alternative Media and Conspiracy sites might want to poke around on some hospital websites on Ebola, too, just for balanced information.
• The hallmark of any illuminati-based Psy Ops is to take control of both extremes of the discussion. For example, there is a lot of paid Disinfo-spewing trolls blogging out there with 'channeled' information. So no matter what, discernment is key.

Remember, the best OFFENSE is a good DEFENSE--so keep your thoughts, your vibration and your energy Strong and Healthy. A healthy aura is like an eggshell, and virus can't penetrate and cause infection. Your immunity will be in top form, too.

Gaia News Brief 17.10.2014

Deprivation

I learned from my son's counselor (I have to go each week too, to help him)--that it is our broken relationships that break us. And through modern techniques of psychoanalysis, we HEAL those broken relationships, which heals us, our brains, and imaging studies can demonstrate the improvement.

Deprivation, of long-standing, can lead to more difficult cases to treat. Sometimes these require medication to help in the initial healing process. But even these are not beyond help.

Well, recently I experienced a NEW type of deprivation, not being able to eat. This was in preparation for a colonoscopy that will be in a few hours.

My normal deprivation is of time and of sleep, due to my work, and then, not being able to eat at all due to my busy schedule. This time it was clear liquids for one day.

I realized:

• Ross is closer with me than ever before. I feel his caring, his concern, and his love. I had no clue such tenderness could exist between a couple.
• I am WAY more lucky than patients who are on 'bowel rest'--they can't eat ANYTHING. Panrceatitis and obstructed bowel patients are like that.
• I saw a hummingbird when I was at the breakfast burrito drive through window ordering for my son--hummingbirds only drink nectar. Why not pretend I am a hummingbird, just for one day?
• High fructose corn syrup is brutal on my system. I have avoided it for a long time. The apple-cran-raspberry drink I bought after the doctor's appointment for pre-op--I couldn't finish it.
• My friend Heather's fiancé Brian has had retinal problems following an accident. He complains about the distortion in the one eye--that now he realized vision is something mechanical--when before he used to just 'see'. Well, with this, I am realizing how much my body IS just a vehicle, and I am working with it, putting Reiki into the prep, and just laughing to myself how this whole thing works...

Trust

I picked my team who is going to work on me. My boss let me pick the anesthesiologist. He's done my anesthesia once before, and also that of my brother in law and my sister for his gift of his kidney to his daughter.

I am lucky to have this team. I wouldn't want anybody else in the world to work on me.

A Thought About Broken Relationships

In the waiting room yesterday, a kind gentleman's case for today got cancelled because he didn't have a ride with a responsible adult. He was pleasant, and said, 'I am sixty-nine! At this age, you don't HAVE many relationships or people you know.'

I wonder how many people can't get to the doctor because they don't know anybody to take them? How sad is this?

Ebola

I first heard of it in freshman year of medical school. Along with hantavirus. Dr. Michael Oxman talked about it with fear and horror. It's not good. It's real. And it exists. But it seemed 'fishy' the story, of how it went from animals to people. Like the plague.

There was a lab, Stanley Hall, across the way from the chemistry buildings where I hung out in Berkeley as an undergraduate. I always got a 'vibe' from that place, and wondered, if they STUDY viruses, do they have the technology to MAKE them too?

If you look on the internet, you can find just about anything. But one that sticks with me--it may or may not be true--is that HIV is made from simian, human AND extraterrestrial DNA.

In Liberia--my sitter is from there--the infection came from the poor neighboring countries with very little infrastructure or means to control the infection. In her opinion, this was deliberate.

She also said, although so many of her friends on Facebook are experiencing tragedy that it is too depressing to look--that some people 'raided the hospital, took dirty linens, and placed them in the densely populated shack villages of the impoverished in Monrovia'--this seemed fishy to both of us. Why would looters not take expensive things? Why would they wish death upon themselves and others?

So yesterday, as I asked 'what is the underlying reason for disease'--I got one beautiful person who said, basically--Its a virus, an agent, bad DNA (like inherited diseases from parents)--how can this be from an imbalance in your energy system?'

It was beautiful. I teach to everyone, not just the spiritually advanced. There was a time I was deeply hurt when some Ochoa lady told me 'You may be a doctor but you are being played a fool by the corporate system behind it that is bad'. I defended my career! I took it as an insult. But she was right. i just wasn't ready to hear it at the time...

Another beautiful thing that happened is I posted a reiki request for Ebola in San Diego, and asked people to send Reiki to all who are touched by the disease worldwide for all time. MANY people said, 'It is a hoax!'--the San Diego part. YOU SHOULD CHECK MAYBE BEFORE POSTING? someone advised.

My point is, to those who have Ebola, and those who are afraid of it, even it it is 99% psy-ops, it is real to THEM. And for all this suffering--past, present, future--even a hoax in San Diego can spread fear and panic...

For those let us shower them with a NEW virus--Ebo-LOVE.  

Love Is The Solution For Everything.

For this there is no cure.

May the pandemic of Ebo-LOVE spread to every corner of the globe, shattering the illusion of separation, and guiding us home to a place of Nurturing, Warmth, Love, and Compassion.

I could die from Ebola, the regular virus. I am not making a joke. I intubate people. I would be the one in the hazmat suit, if it's diagnosed before I am asked to put in the breathing tube for a patient in trouble. But if it is early and contagious? 

I'm a goner.

Either way, I see Ross. Either way, I am out of the Illusion. Either way, I am HOME.

Ebola, or Ebol-LOVE.

I'm betting on the latter.

I had to give a message to you. Carla's ride is on her way. Carla will have to wake our boy up. His lunch is packed already. Do you know what it is like to prepare food for someone when your are having a bowel prep? Carla REALLY loves him and does not think about the consequence that she can't sneak that extra cheese-it cracker like she usually does when she makes it.

Carla is accepting and submitting to all. She has laughed at her body, made the best of it by having lots of reading material in the john, and looking at it as an adventure.

Many people would call the experience Carla is going through 'a miserable thing'.

I love my Carla very much. I have been with her nonstop since she first woke up this morning. She loves relaxing in my energy, and being protected and nurtured as only I, her loving Twin, can. She is amazed and the new and delightful energies she is experiencing being in my Presence.

Gaia News Brief 13.9.2014

Ebola:

The hospitals in Monrovia, the nation's capital, are a skeletal crew.  Only those who love what they do and feel dedication go to work. The aunt of my source, a nurse, is one of these people. Many with the skills in the medical field, afraid of Ebola, stay at home.

Many doctors and nurses died at the beginning.

As it is now, if you have a headache, which is one of the first signs of Ebola, if the hospital chooses to treat you, there will be full biological hazard precautions with admission to the hospital ICU 'just in case'. Many hospitals refuse to treat you, and send you and your headache home.

This will affect migraine patients, subarachnoid hemorrhage patients, and patients with advanced intracranial masses who also present with headache too.

According to my source, people start to think it (the Ebola crisis) is over, and then there is more news of dying. This is from her circle of friends on Facebook, and not the official news on TV or in print or online.  She does not want to follow Facebook that closely because of the sadness there. She wonders if the people who post bring up the death and dying because it creates sympathy and activity, or if they are so immersed with this that although things are possibly improving they are not ready to move on.

Liberia is a fascinating place because of the people. They do not take anything seriously--in her words. In her example, 'When there is a war, and people are shooting at something in a neighborhood,  in Liberia people do not run away in fear. Instead, they get their friends, and go to a hill, and watch to see for themselves what is happening. They are not afraid of anything!'

Apparently Ebola started in the Congo and one other place where there is no infrastructure to contain anything, as the government and society are not on the same ability to function as perhaps, a very large country like South Africa. Then it came to the mountain region of Liberia. Then Monrovia, the capital by the sea.

At first when things were looking better, something very strange happened--you see in the poor sections of town, people live in shacks that are right on top of one another.

For some unknown reason, the mobs of angry people from these poor areas basically looted the hospitals, taking all the blankets and sheets and mattresses and other contagious materials, and brought them BACK to the shacks.

Why would anybody do this? It is not like the people of Liberia to behave this way.  She wondered why they did not take supplies or money instead, that would do them some good. In her words, 'Everybody who knows Ebola and this part of town knows that everyone would catch it after doing something like this!' Even the people who live there.




Headache:

Many of my patients, and also some nurses in the O.R. are starting to experience severe headaches. Even my mother--we are not a headache family--experienced what her primary care doctor describes as her first 'migraine' and it lasted twenty days. Mom said, 'I could move my tongue and I know in a stroke you can't move your tongue so I stayed home and didn't go to the hospital.'

There is another reason for headache in these times...not only does the crown chakra connect us to the energy of Source/Creator--there is a new chakra, the 'Well Of Dreams' that is being created in each of us.

I would still recommend seeking medical help for anything that is severely painful, or has symptoms that go with it like nausea, vomiting, or neurological deficits, just in case.




Telepathy And Intuition And The Bank Manager:

My home had a burst copper pipe. The water damage has been repaired. And now I have a check from the insurance that is made out to both the company and myself. I paid the company, so they sent me the check.

I took it to the one teller at the 'teller window'. I don't understand why there are six people in desks, two 'serve yourself' ATMs at the counter, and only one teller. I showed her the check and she got her manager.

I was instructed to go sit in a chair.

The manager was all smiles. And held the check. But I felt his energy. He started to talk about needing a stamp from the construction company on the check because the signature of the owner making it payable to me wasn't enough.

I blurted out, 'You aren't going to help me--you are going to give me a hard time.'

He got upset, and said, 'You are accusing me and let me call my supervisor and we will find out.'

I looked at him, and calmly said, 'He isn't going to do anything for me either--why should I wait here?'

As he spoke on the phone in his 'little office', I did a lot of energy work on the bank--transmuting all that is 3D about everything in the banking system.

I KNEW with my intuition what was going to happen, and what was up, and STILL I was instructed to sit in a chair. And WAIT.

I hope they have me on camera with my eyes closed and meditating on their security system.

My options? Re-cut the check or to have the company cash it and pay me back with their own check, since it's a Business account and I am a Person and bank-wise the two do not mix.

Gamaliel And Ross:

Ross is my Twin Flame or Twin Soul--both are the same concept no matter how it is said.

His is also the incarnation of Gamaliel.

Yesterday was the first time Ross presented himself to me as Gamaliel.

In my incarnation as Tabitha, I was a midwife who was unable to have children. I was also very popular, and talkative, the life of the party. Gamaliel and I were very happy together. For all my 'worldliness', it was Gamaliel who had the interest in socializing with others who were of the Essene tradition. Although I was one myself, I didn't take it seriously. But my husband did, and left our house to go run meetings with other Essenes, much like Victor Laszlo did in the film, Casablanca, almost every night.

One day, he said, 'I have something to show you that you will never forget!' He smiled and was excited to lead me through the streets at night, something we Jewish slaves were not supposed to do.

I saw a woman in childbirth, and I assisted her. Like I do now, I did back then, and I made her laugh! There was something magical about this birth, and I was deeply pleased to have taken part in it. Gamaliel his face glowed with happiness, and the father of the baby was very quiet and taking it all in as his first son was born.

That night, as we went home, we were chased by soldiers. Gamaliel ran one way, and I the other. Gamaliel died. I lost my ability to speak, and was a starving widow on the streets for about five years until I died. Due to the political nature of his death, I was unable to give him a proper burial and prepare the body. It was left on the rocks on the outskirts of town, for the animals to eat. I feared for my life to go say goodbye to it, so I never did.

Ross was that child I helped deliver. And I came back as someone he knew, five years after him.

Gently, Ross took on his old appearance, and tears flowed from my eyes and my soul to see and touch and hear my old Gamaliel again. I never said goodbye. I never had enough time to love him. Our marriage was so joyful I mistakenly thought it would last until old age.

Ross studied me. Many people in spirit do, I don't know why. But when I cried out that I must have done something bad for Gamaliel to leave me like that, Ross and his team figured something important for the Light out. He held up his hand and explained things to the team that I didn't understand, and in an instant was back to being Gamaliel with me as Tabitha.

I confided to Ross that I felt guilty because I felt my love for Gamaliel was a poor reflection on him as Ross. Happy as I am with Ross, back then, and now too, there is a part of me that always wants to go back to Gamaliel and Tabitha. (in reality, this was a 'rehearsal' incarnation for our main mission together as we did in Ross' life, where he too died a painful, political death and I was his widow.)

Ross completely understood, and assured me those were my feelings, and in the future, depending on who I needed to talk to most, he would be willing to go back and forth for me so I can heal from the tragic loss of Gamaliel that never resolved on its own.

I was asked, 'Why is it Gamaliel that you miss?' by the team.

I thought about it. And I said, 'It was the love my heart remembered clearly despite the Veil.'

Ross says to you, 'I want you to know that I and my team are willing to work with you with delicate healing such as Carla's. Open your pain, and allow us to cleanse the wounds of time on your heart. Together, we shall overcome it. I am here for you, just as I am for Carla; I can be present in many places at once--it is an ability of the higher realms to do this--and every place I go  has my full presence and loving healing gift to you.
