Here are the first Atlantis Survivors to step forward to the Healing Circle and the Light:

I wanted to tell you that many years ago, over 30, I was told by strangers that I was the voice warning people to leave Atlantis because the place was going to blow up. • I had been carrying that Key for almost two years. It first came to me in meditation when I was attuned to Atlantean Reiki. I had been sparsely using it as a Reiki symbol because it also works that way, and then it opened in front of me: I was standing in front of one of the temples, near a waterfall, and I was toning to help raise the healing energies since there was a healing taking place outside. I was also facilitating DNA repair, in a deep trance, when one of the High Priests (Later to be Thoth) grabbed me and we orbed out in a fiery opal spiral. He didn't say why until we were in Egypt, but in my Heart, I know that something terrible had happened. I beat myself up for many lifetimes over abandoning my people. When that Key came to me, it filled my heart and soul with so much Hope for Light to prevail even in the most dire circumstances.   Atlantis
  I had no memories or emotions related with Atlantis.
  Not long ago when I was talking with a wonderful friend, she is an Archangel and my daughter home, I told her that I feel lost, blocked in a cage and unable to find the door to walk out. We discussed this and then I pondered about why I am blocked and where. I found it. I was following my thoughts and landed in Atlantis. I was afraid of using or even getting access to the full power, knowledge and abilities I have as the Goddess I AM. That must have reasons and it led me to Atlantis, it popped up in my heart's mind. I must have done something terrible there that was the reason for this blockage. I was correct. My Higher Self confirmed that I was responsible for the blowing up of Atlantis. I had an incarnation there out of my being the Mother, I was incarnated as a scientist not as Goddess. I had only a part of my power and abilities available and accessible and knew about the risks of my experiments. I was fully aware that I would blow up the continent when my experiment would go wrong and the risks for that were high. I did it anyhow and with me so many people and Atlantis were destroyed. Okay I was told later from Michael that I wasn't alone in this but I had done it.
  The passing of my beloved dog Bobby on 1st of July was so painful for me. He was sick and had anemia and other things. I tried what I could to help him. It seemed to get better and then one night after I was told we would go home that night and we were still here the next morning, he refused to eat. He had already lost so much weight and I knew he had decided to leave. Bobby wasn't a normal dog, he is a Sirian soul, an elf, my firstborn with beloved SaLuSa as all my animals are my children with him or with EHaSa. They incarnated to assist and protect me. I hold Bobby in my arms or he was lying on my belly or at my side on the bed. This was more comfortable for him than my sitting with him on a chair. Bobby had asked to go without a deadly shot and I agreed. He needed two days, in this beautiful days, as he had the possibility to say farewell to us and then to leave on his own decision. He was peaceful although breathing heavy due to his anemia. I made so many pictures of him and his small lovely face and his body were peaceful and calm. He passed in the early morning hours.
  The pain about his passing was so overwhelming that it broke the blockages in me about Atlantis. I cried so often and refused to talk with my team as I accused them to be responsible for this. They had said we would go and then nothing had happened as so often. I couldn't understand anymore. Then one night I went through a healing, a healing given to me by my beloved Archangelic children. I was told that they had healed me so often in past lives with no lasting effort that they had to send me through this pain of Bobby's passing. Only then could
  they heal me completely and also rescue me. It seems as if I was nearly lost to the dark side in
  my preparation for this one actual incarnation. I don't understand all as I have not enough memories of this but I believe them.
  I know with absolute security that I would never again misuse my power and abilities. The Healing Key Of Atlantis

From what I know, lifetimes spent in Atlantis messed a lot of people up--there is trauma to the soul, as well as to Gaia. And it is time to heal everything that came up through the destruction of Atlantis.

From what I understand, and I have both a passing knowledge of it in this incarnation, and I died there as a religious in a past incarnation--Atlantis was a place, a country really, or a 'land' that was 4D.

Technology was advanced. DNA manipulation was beyond anything we are capable of here--and I am careful to say 'anything that is known in the literature and scientifically shared' because in my heart of hearts I 'sense' there is a great deal of cloning and other advanced DNA technology that has been going on for some time that is 'hidden'.

Rumor has it that just about every major Illuminati figure you see, is a clone, and that the originals look much younger than the clones which age very fast.

Many of the hybrid creatures seen in ancient legend--like a griffin that has an eagle head, a lion's body and some other strong creature for the front claws--really did exist due to the advanced technology of Atlantis.

Most people who lived in Atlantis don't like to think about it.

I know a scientist who is male, who helped to blow Atlantis up when an experiment went wrong. I know another, a woman,  who pushed the button and actually DID blow everything up. Both souls have done lifetime after lifetime of self-punishment. In a way, what I see as the 'culprit' are the hidden forces behind the research that were supporting, encouraging, and driving it. They are the ones who got off 'scot free'--and fled to Egypt, where the Egyptian literature and culture has jackal-headed and bird-headed creatures, and really funny long hats that just might have covered up elongated heads, if you know what I mean.

I speak of this because as a religious--I worked very hard with my soul to STOP the madness. All of my organization did. And when I looked up and saw that big wave, I thought, 'It didn't work--our efforts were not enough!' and died.

Atlantis blew up all of 4D.

And everything fell into 3D, which is right below it. There is no more 4D. And our goal, with the Ascension, and with a lot of help from The Divine, is to blast back up from 3D to 5D where we rightfully would have gone had Atlantis gone well. Many are in 5D now, the trees, the plants, the animals, and many incarnated Starseeds. The people who are actually FROM Gaia, are in the process of waking up right now.  I see it happening. There is less 'enchantment' with the news. TV still appeals but people don't talk about 'their shows' as much. And sports seems to have the greatest hold, although I pick up this has more to do with the gambling and fantasy football league and tradition.

Why do I mention these areas of 'entertainment'? because they are systematically and scientifically designed to work with your brain function, and to hijack it, to make you think of something else besides your own spiritual growth--and spiritual growth is the whole REASON you came to Gaia, to advance your soul growth 'wiki wiki', if you know what I mean...


So in respect and appreciation for all who played their part in Atlantis, even those who pressed the buttons and inadvertently through their love of science blew it up...here is a symbol of Forgiveness, Remembrance, and Light.

The events of Atlantis left deep traces in you .
Wounds that are not healed to this day, with plenty of love,
Understanding and knowledge were provided . Many of you who now are leaving this world behind, still bear heavy emotional baggage from the times of Atlantis. Backpacks heavy as lead ,
their straps tear deep wounds in your shoulders .

Many of you were present in Lemuria and Atlantis ,
when the abuse and the great upheavals began .
Many of you were in the middle of an endless game of
intense experience of suffering , and this suffering is still with
you.

After Lemuria was destroyed , some Lemurians relocated
to Atlantis. They were the ones with those Atlanteans who collaborated with
Darkness and finally were devoured by dark energies and power abuse . That said, many old Lemurians in Atlantis rose to the highest social circles
and formed the elite. In Atlantis they continued the game
that caused Lemuria to perish ,  and continued to the peak.
Until about 8000 years, this realm of manipulation fell victim to power ,  to the abuse of sacred knowledge and to the
selfish application of the cosmic master keys.

The central point of all manipulations was the
Abuse of the universal divine knowledge , through the
Crystals as it was taught to each initiate.
Instead of using this energy for the good of society,
this knowledge was withheld from the citizens of Atlantis (or
only used by the beings of this nation for
to exploit self-serving goals).

And so became an elite group of less than one hundred initiates
the omnipotence of the continent , who used this sacred knowledge to their
own advantage.

Cut off from knowledge Atlanteans citizens degenerated
until they eventually became a weak-willed people who were easily manipulated. The situation at that time is similar to the situation on (surface) Upper Earth today.

In addition, interventions were made to the DNA of the citizens of Atlantis, causing the
once-great ones to quickly become only a shadow of their previous self, and then vanished altogether. The society of Atlantis was thus
in a governing elite and a subservient underclass
divided. The one was served , the others had to serve.
Also, the monetary system , similar to how the Orion monetary system
on the Upper Earth , was introduced and the Atlanteans were
becoming a plaything of their elites, every reference to God
was lost and this only added to the dark energies to which those
maintaining power were aligned .

The ruling elite and the priesthood of Atlantis
allied themselves in a further step , the directly into the
Downfall led , with the dark Orion elites and it was
then discovered the extent of their  corruption.

Finally infighting broke out within the hierarchy, which ultimately led to the destruction of the civilization - another direct synchronicity to today's events on the
Upper Earth .  And so these former dark allies were
bitter towards themselves and everything opposing their ideals.
The destruction of the continent was the consequence , and in
This final act of hatred they tore themselves into the depths of the sea.

Many of you were present at all these events, while you now are Ascending, you have the fateful events of Lemuria and Atlantis stored in your cellular memory. The cures for this are
pending.

A Message Of Awakening 1.6.2104

Right before I woke up, I saw a large golden triangle in the sky, point down, as if I was looking up through the rack for a billiard table.  I could not see through the triangle clearly, but it was open.

Then I heard the song, 'Let The Sunshine In' by the Fifth Dimension.

I looked everywhere for a golden triangle that looked like it, and this was the best that I could do. What is ironic is that the symbol here actually in a way looks like an old symbol of Atlantis.

Every time I have been on board the craft when I was in deep meditation after receiving communion, the man who had a beard and would talk to me, the one who looked like Jesus, had that logo on the front of the cream-colored space suit right over the heart. (This started when I was in medical school in the nineties, and continued until I stopped going to church after learning about the Jesuit Agenda in July 2012. It did not seem unusual at all to see him in a space suit; we would talk and he would show me what he was working on. It always looked beautiful to see the view he would show, and he was very pleased to share it with me. He also had a lot of personal advice when I would ask him for guidance in my situation.) I never talked to anybody else but him until recently (the Ashtar blog posts) but sometimes now I see the crew. I don't remember any logo on them, the Brotherhood of Light who sit at the helm. Anyhow, when I went to the first Cobra Conference in November of 2012, there was a little brass triangle that looked just like what I had seen! I couldn't believe it and asked what it was. I was told it was the Emblem of Atlantis, it was a very old symbol. I bought it, because I had seen it before in my dreams. So with the upside-down exclamation point in this golden triangle, we almost have the symbol. Except it would be three little columns inside, not the exclamation point. 

It would be interesting to note the reaction you get when you look at this symbol. It might help you remember your past life if you ever lived in Atlantis too. Many of us have, at one time or another. I know I was a priest or priestess, and I was at the shore, and I looked up and there was this big wave, I thought, 'Oh no!' and that was it.

I was also woken up during the night with messages from Blessed Mother, or Mother Mary. Spirit is asking me to share them with you today. I actually had to get out of bed and turn the lights on to write them, then I went back to sleep.

At bedtime, 1.5.2014 after I turned off the lights:

In the wee small hours of the morning, 1.6.2014, at 0410:

God has made a MIRACLE!

Right before five a.m. (my clock is set about twenty minutes fast because I always hit the snooze button) on my clock, 1.6.2014:

These felt like personal messages for me, but just in case, I am sharing them right now with you.

The only other thing is that my Twin Flame feels 'far', and I guess he is 'busy' like he had warned me. He gave me a button two or three days ago. I wear it around my neck like one of those alarms. When I need him, I push the black button, and he will know it is me and come. I don't feel a need to push the button right now. Only a desire to send as much loving energy to him as possible because I am so thankful to have him, and so full of love and gratitude for everything he does for all of us. Not just for me. He is a freedom fighter in the Resistance. We have a shared past life that was wonderful. Now is our second chance in this lifetime to be together again. I don't care that it is across the Veil for now. To be with him again is joy beyond measure, in any way, shape or form. My heart is complete.

Twin Flame Update: Saturday

Mine came to me as I drove into work, he was smiling and held a beautiful bouquet of flowers, I could see the paper, and him smiling, as he leaned in lose to my face an said, '"today is going to be a good day for you."

I was touched, deeply, and gave thanks with great joy for this is the first time Now he has ever given me flowers! I adore them, and took the bouquet with both Spirit hands, and inhaled the fragrance and smiled big. My face was beaming!

Our relationship across the Veil is very supportive of each other. It is mutual and our happiness is from being together once again at this time,

This is why a certain article that was written on Twin Flames puzzles me. It goes on an on with the mind, struggling to understand and find words to explain the phenomenon that is about to happen widely all over Gaia--the reunion of the Twin Souls, and Illuminated Twin Flames.

It is the most natural thing in the world! and if one is off-planet, as many couples are across the veil like us (one to support the other from afar), the distortions of vibrations and Karmanic debts each twin has are minimal. The energy is easy and 'feels right'.

You can see in the article how her partner suddenly left her--and yet she discovered that something more energetically favorable for her soul growth and learning soon came to take its place.

Her heart is going to lead her to trust in the process of spiritual growth, first, and then her mind will understand the beauty of living with spirit in harmony and not fighting what is sent for our Highest Good as a spiritual being.

This is important in being able to 'grow with spirit'.

It is now generally accepted that the system of healing known as Reiki , is the primary treatment system that was practiced in Atlantis . It is also accepted that the civilization of Atlantis was higher consciousness regarding contact with the Divine Wisdom , that of our society today . Atlantis vibrational symbols used to communicate with the divine energies , which when applied to a closed system , such as the physical body , bringing balance and alignment with the archetypes according to which created the body . This is the method of operation of each treatment.

Humanity , as part of the original race of Atlantis , chose the steady descent in the density of the material world . As a result , create the base chakra , the programming of the flight or fight instinct , which in turn has raised the standards of the leader of the herd , the tribe , the King and then the ego . The growing ego , created rifts among the priests of Atlantis , causing hostility , selfishness and ultimately led to the demise of Atlantis through misuse of actions for personal benefit . In Angelic Reiki symbols are all completely through 7 levels of form and Divine Form .

However , due to the strict adherence to the vibration given by Dr Usui through the transfer of genealogy , we feel that the Usui Reiki symbols are still in the vibration of the heart chakra . This does not detract from the power of Usui Reiki as a healing tool. It is up to each student to feel the vibration of the system in which they are attracted and if he makes the choice of instruments .

Since time immemorial , through all the traditions of the mystery schools , the activation of consciousness given by teacher to student through initiation . Before giving initiations , the student had to prove, usually through physical tests , it was worth getting the initiation. This practice has somewhat disappeared from the New Age movement . The initiation is an energetic attunement , the consciousness of the Master imprinted on the consciousness of the student. It is a merger , enlightenment one consciousness from another , in order to increase the vibration and awareness of the consciousness of the student , the radiant light of the Master.

Through the widespread availability of the resonances of Usui Reiki and other forms of Reiki , where Teacher arrived at the Master's level only through the presence of the seminar , without the extensive physical and mental preparation and strict lifestyle of interns in the old mystery schools , some of the resonances given today through the system of Reiki is not the highest . The student receiving such an initiation, opens himself to be captured by a consciousness which is still working through the ego , emotional dramas and attachments personality .

Angelic Reiki was always designed to be a healing system , which through the use of symbols channeling Divine Archetypal Actions coordinating bodies of seven people in the original divine vibration. To transmit these symbols for students with absolute purity - purity not given as an initiation by the teacher conducting the course. The teacher simply opens the space , a vortex of energy where the Angelic Kingdom manifests their energy around each student and anchors symbols in the appropriate chakra . Therefore , the symbols given in the divine vibration and as such affect the consciousness of each student from the time given .

The Angelic Kingdom created as part of a previous round, an earlier evolution of the universe . There is considerable difference between the vibration of an Angel and the vibration of an incarnated human plasma . It is my experience that these initiations into the angelic vibration is the most intense part of this system . I understand that through these initiations increased the atomic spin of each molecule in the human body of the student receiving this attunement . This allows the student to play blended with the energy of angels who are the constant companions after this initiation...

Angels are a manifestation of the divine archetypes , what Plato called " ideas " . When you call the energy of a particular angel , depending on whom you call Angel , you are communicating with a specific archetype .

Working with the names of the Angels presupposes knowledge of what each brings Angel as archetypal energy. It is possible to " download " the energy of the Angelic Kingdom . This resembles the tune with the divine mind in archetypal level . Generally , if you do this you can access the archetypal consciousness of the macrocosm and the microcosm capture in order to bring balance.

In Angelic Reiki is merging with the angelic energy and divine intellect , which is completely different from applying a therapeutic technique or a system of reiki and invite the angels for help. And just who is this merger caused shifts in consciousness . By connecting with the divine intellect as embodied in Angelic Reiki gives you access to infinite possibilities which would not be available if we called a certain angel. Roll call for Souls!--only if you are ready to post here, otherwise 'message' me in private--Andromedans? Arcturians? Pleiadians? Sirians? From Vega? From anywhere else??? I want to know. (I am officially soul origin, very old soul, with a sirius-pleiades mix. Spirit says. And guess what? My 'overwhelming desire to Go Home'?, the most strong sign I am 'not from here as a soul?'...it went away last week. The vibrations here now are so much higher and more pleasant for my soul!)

There were also two private messages to me, with 'self disclosure' but in privacy to them I will not 'share' their 'star origin'. I suspect there is a significant number of those who like these individuals, are 'sleepers' and 'not ready to disclose to the general public' what they ARE.

I have always thought as the Vibration increased, those who are originally souls that are FROM the Higher Realms would want to come 'out of the closet' once the energies are favorable to them.

With A Flick Of My Tail

Today I woke up before my alarm with a flick of my tail. I was underwater, flicked my strong tail, felt it move, and swam ahead real fast. My position and the lighting were just like this, but there was no dolphin.

Then it was gone.

Today I am going to share about the mermaid dreams I have had since I was seven. They always make me feel like this: happy, light, and carefree.

In my mermaid dreams, I could breathe under water and above water, just the same. There was a society of mermaids that lived in a 'bubble city' under the ocean. I could go to it, turn into a person and be able to walk, and leave it at any time with my tail. It looked very much like the bubbles in Star Wars where Jar-Jar Binks (I know he is annoying, sorry, I could not think of a better example). So we looked like we do now, except with big tails like in the photo of the mermaid with the dolphin.

My true love would find me. Yes, at seven I started dreaming this! And when we would 'reconnect' for the first time, it felt like this:

It was a much stronger 'connection' than anything I have ever felt on earth. My thoughts drift to this often, and have for my entire life. 

Am I a mermaid princess? I don't know. I have the feelings and the dreams my whole life. I have the inexorable pull to the water. I can't explain it. I had a mermaid antique tin poster on the wall throughout applying to and going through medical school and residency. She was from a box of soap, and her energy was 'right' to support me through my work. I also have a very small mermaid figure, with a pink sparkly tail and white feathers for hair. She told me her name is Irianna. I don't understand how it works, but she has been a guide and companion ever since that time, too. She watches over me in my room. She is like, maybe two inches long and one inch tall. But her energy really 'connects'. I think the figurine is like a 'focus point' between myself and Irianna's energy in another place.

Mermaids are healers. That is all I need to say about that.

Spirit reminds me of my Tiffany Stained Glass Mermaid Reproduction. I had it all through fellowship. For some reason, my heart surgeon back at my residency place, and the one I chose to work with after fellowship, looked like the fish depicted in the stained glass. I found the image oddly comforting in our working together, and would draw on the image of peaceful energy of healing whenever he would lose his temper in the O.R., and that was often! Ah! Spirit is wanting me to let you know that in the time of Atlantis, powerful fourth-dimensional 'magicians' experimented a lot with DNA. These types of creatures were from their lab. It really happened, all of the crazy Egyptian characters (my favorite right now is Hathor, Cow head and female body), all of the griffins and mermaids and centaurs, and pegasus, and unicorns. Even our own DNA has been altered from what we once were.  As Atlantis was destroyed, all of Gaia 'fell' down to the third-dimension. Gaia now is fifth-dimension (the fourth dimension blew up, it does not exist vibrationally, I understand, but could be mistaken. 4D is a little confusing--it exists for those who are on Gaia, but not for her?). All of her inhabitants range from 3D to 5D and higher right now. Twenty five percent are at the 5D and higher level of Vibration. All of Nature is high 4D to 5D now. That is why it is recommended to 'stay out of crowds' which are 3D and 'go into Nature' which is 5D when you are serious about committing to your own Spiritual Path.

Yoda 202: History of the Gaia, part 2

They made me look like them...

Quickly we are going to cover a lot of material. Stay with it, more intel is on the way...

Where we left off, was 'the Fall', the rise of the 'Empire' of entities cut off from the Light, and their desire to spread and 'take over' the multiverse. Not just our Universe. Everything.

Another 'experiment' was Atlantis. There are three:

• Atlantis 1: In the Etheric planes. It is the beautiful home of the Pleadian Angels. The purpose was to discover and explore the dimensions of matter, consciousness, and the merging of the male and female polarities.  It was decided to density the planet to the physical plane. It failed. The planet exploded. A few fragments of it landed on earth. They are Moldavite.
• Atlantis 2: The island in the Atlantic Ocean. It was a very advanced spiritual and scientific golden age. Nine hundred thousand years ago, dark forces from Orion came to this Atlantis. They taught Implantation Technology, a form of mind control. Implantation devices look like dentist chairs. Crystals are implanted in the body, like microchips. However, strong electromagnetic programming of them is the origin of Mind Programming. There are two main themes--the Separation between Man and God (consciousness and enlightenment are separated) and the Separation between the Male and Female Polarity. The latter came in two stages, the first, psychological separation, and the second, physical separation. (many Pleadians and Sirians incarnated to heal that separation) Sixteen thousand years ago, a task force for this liberation was created. It is called the Order of the Star. These are 144,000 beings who volunteered to merge the planet and the Light. In response, the Dark took Earth humanity hostage, and declared quarantine. No ET can land without their approval. This is why Atlantis fell. Many Lightworkers went into Agartha in hiding. Deep inside the earth, there is no Veil. There is no quarantine. This is how Agartha joined the Galactic Federation. They have been fighting for the Liberation of Planet Earth ever since.
• Atlantis 3: This is Gaia after liberation. The writings of Bacon--who was an incarnation of St. Germain-- in the book New Atlantis describe this time of advanced technologies, ET contact, and cities of Light.

The Liberation Movement consists of beings from all over the galaxies; Pleadians, Sirians (who incarnated as: humans, dolphins--to spread joy, and whales--to consciously balance the grids and therefore the tectonic plates),  Andromedans, Arcturians and more. There also are the Ascended Masters who are beings who took on a cycle of Earth Incarnations and liberated themselves from the Veil:

• Sananda: His soul, the Christ, incarnated as Krishna and achieved Enlightenment. This soul reincarnated as Jesus. Jesus had continuous psychic contact with Christ throughout his whole life, throughout all his works. Hence the teaching of the Christ-consciousness carrying Jesus, 'Jesus-Christ'. On a soul level, they are like brothers, and are working together to bring unconditional love to the planet. (as an aside, Jesus was Sirian, and was contacted by ET's a few times).
• St. Germain: His purpose is to bring abundance and freedom to humanity. On one incarnation in France, he renewed the Mystery Schools, and began the Freemasons in Paris. At this time, he placed jewels and gold into a bank for 'later'--they have been gathering interest ever since. The value is ten trillion dollars. It has grown from his incarnation deposit as I have described, as well as his inspired-from-beyond deposits by others of large amounts of money that were blessed and collected by St. Germain (I suspect the Missionaries of Charity may have been involved in this. If you look on the internet, there is a post by a disgruntled former nun about where the donations were going). This gold is in the swiss banks and is blocked from distribution by the cabal-led banks and the Rothschilds.
• Koot Hoomi: To bring healing to humanity, for the physical body and the energy body. He is behind new medicines, ones that are from nature. He is countering the Rockefellerian plan to have humanity be a class of working slaves that have to buy more and more pills to keep just barely alive. In fact, many cures exist right now, for diseases such as cancer and AIDS, but have been blocked by industry from being released. There is a lot of fortune to be made on the sick.
• El Morya: He is working with world leaders, exerting his influence on people who have the potential to be of the Light who are in existing political systems. He uses telepathic impressions and ideas to communicate his message to them.
• Ashtar: On earth twenty-five thousand years ago, the last to leave Quarantine. He promised Cobra personally he will come back to free humanity. His projects are ascended consciousness, training in telepathic communication, first contact, mass communications (he took over in 1977 and broadcast a message in the UK, as a 'test' of his technical capabilities. No one ever traced the source of the signal), development of the PC and Internet (the cabal can't control all of it), and the energy grid around the planets (to smooth out the tectonic plate movements and polar shifts)
• Astara: The Twin Soul of Ashtar. She is known as Isis, Inama, Ishtar, Astarte, Aphrodite, Venus. Her purpose is to bring the Goddess Energy back to planet Earth.

Reiki at the Beach

Today was a field trip to the beach for the first graders, to celebrate the end of the school year.
We went to an isolated beach, one that is the teacher's favorite, and where locals do not want tourists to go.

It was freezing! The June gloom was in effect. One of the girls wore a pink parka over her suit. But once in the water, like all children and when their parents like me were children before them, playing on the shore makes all the cold from the weather go away.

I am a Southern California Native. Born and raised. At this time of year, we are taught to shuffle our feet in the water to allow the stingrays a chance to swim away before stepping on them and causing them to sting us. We are told to avoid the jellyfish, and how to treat its sting. And the dangers of rip tide are spoken, and we know not to swim against it if we are caught, but to swim parallel to the shore to get out of its grip.

I grew up brown and tan and sunshiny, spending most of my days at the beach. And today the water did me good, just to be near, to sit, and to enjoy the water and the squeals of delight from the class.

One of the joys of Southern California beaches are the sand crabs, gray, flea-like creatures the size of a marble, but hard, like a crab. They dig every time the wave goes out, and children digging like mad can sometimes catch one. They tickle. And are a miracle of sea life that you can touch in your own hand.

In the water, close to the shore, was a seal pup. A pair had been released there earlier in the day. Its eyes looked lost, big brown baby seal eyes, as it poked its head out of the waves and hauled itself up on the shore. It was a Harbor Seal, with no ears, no bark, and no movable pelvis to permit the tail to help it walk ashore like its cousin, the Sea Lion.  My heart went out to it, and wanted to get close to comfort it. There is a law forbidding touching a marine mammal, and we warned the children not to come too close. But I took pictures, and movies, and enjoyed Nature up close as one could get.

Once the children had gone down the shore, the seal followed me, from the water as I walked. Moved by its plight, I sent Reiki to it.

"You are kind" its spirit said, telepathically.

I felt its energy, its bewilderd state, and its sorrow at leaving the rescue facility. It wanted its family, and there was none in the water. The humans on land were the closest thing to it.

I gave symbols for emotional pain, both Karuna and Reiki. I also gave the Transition Symbol, to help it on its new life away from humans back in the sea.

It said more, but I forget exactly what. And I sealed the aura and protected it.

Later, he washed up on the shore. The lifeguard drove the kids away. And made a phone call, presumably to the Rescue Facility. And gave this poor creature Tough Love. The seal made a display that looked much like a baby bird saying 'feed me', gave up, and swam away from the shore.

Mermaids are strong healers. There is a connection I cannot explain that I have to the sea. As I stood on the shore, letting my feet get wet, I saw distant flashes from a life spent in Downtown Lemuria. It was not comfortable to me. I already remember dying in Atlantis in a great flood. But this was a first for the other continent that has been lost. Either way, the connection and the comforting I get from the ocean is hard to describe. I love it. With every fibre of my being. I had dreams while growing up of undersea cities, vivid ones.  It is one thing I hope to get to understand once Ascension happens and we all get to know the Truth of our History.

As the children showered off the sand, and dried off, getting ready for the trip back to school, I saw a fin in the water. And a familiar curved back. It was dolphins! Common dolphins! There were eight of them in a pod, swimming parallel to shore from west to east. Again the children squealed with sheer delight at their presence. You can feel them, dolphins. They have a wondrous energy all of their own.
